• Is not liable for disputes or damages related to user-to-user transactions

We may offer tools (e.g., ratings, background checks) to support safe engagement but do not guarantee any user’s performance or reliability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including text, logos, software, graphics, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to Get Hired Solution and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

• Reproduce or copy the content
• Reverse-engineer platform features
• Use our branding without permission

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the use of our services within the past 6 months.
